All of these oils are known to stimulate hair follicles, create a healthy scalp, and promote better sleep (non drowsy)

I use this 2-3 times a week. I put about 1/2 a dropper directly on my scalp in different places and massage it in. If you are prone to oily hair, I recommend using this serum the night before you wash.
